As a coach, I am passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves.

I believe that when we know better, we can do better. We grow best when we are encouraged, given tools, and enjoy the process. I am deeply grateful for those who came alongside me, called out the best in me, and ultimately changed my life. As a coach, I am honored to do this profoundly impactful and transformational work. I first encountered the Enneagram several years ago and have been profoundly changed because it gives a path towards growth & health.

I have worked in ministry leadership for over twenty years in various roles. I am thankful to have worked at great churches and to have had the opportunity to learn so much while I was leading. I am a marketing major and love helping businesses, leaders, teams, couples, and individuals function at their highest capacity. I am naturally curious, so I love learning and helping create solutions for my clients.

I am a mother to four children. Our family has no shortage of words, activities, and feelings. I have been married for nearly twenty years to my high-school sweetheart, Derek.

  1. I went to the TSwift Eras concert this year and am still in awe at how amazing it was. #swiftie

  2. I live just outside of Nashville, TN. I have also lived in Las Vegas, NV (and LOVED it).

  3. I have recently become someone who does CrossFit. I never pictured myself doing this, but here we are. I am so much better because of it…I am stronger mentally & physically. The community that can take place at a well-run gym is pretty unique. Thankful & deeply grateful. #notacult #notabadcult

  4. I have been passionate about helping people for as long as I can remember. I have sat under great teachers, counselors, and coaches who have changed my life, and now it’s my honor to do the same.

  5. I am an Enneagram 8, so I can be a little spicy. I love to work with assertive types and those working on finding their voice. I understand the complexity of being a woman in leadership.
